[Cloud designer] process model duplicate overwrites source model id #3820

Describe the bug

create process model in cloud designer,
create a duplicate process model from the original one with different id,
⚠️ The duplicate and original process models have the same Ids. (download bpmn to prove.)

Expected behavior
Original process model id is kept, the duplicate process model has newly specified id.
