Setup-GUI doesn't put the gdx-controller extension in the the libs folders

Hi there :)

Setting up the project with the setup-gui downloaded from the link on the website and the wiki (http://flixel-gdx.org/dist/setup-gui.jar) did not put the gdx-controller, gdx-controller-android, and gdx-controller-desktop/gdx-controller-desktop-natives into the core, android, and desktop libs directory.

This caused a class not found exception when implementing controller support as per the post here: http://flixel-gdx.com/controller-support/

Dropping the jars from the release build package manually into the right directories resolved the issue.
