All fields are now text fields. Change the type of

phone number to tel
Email toemail

Also (this can be simultanously or later):,

check that the number inserted to tel is at least 6 digits long (currently one digit is enough
add some basic email validity checker ( eg at least @-symbol and dot something etc)
