Add support for the v1.IATSSCD interface

We've recently updated the fiskaltrust.interface package to include a new v1.IATSSCD interface that is used in the migrated Austrian 1.3 Queue - we need to support this interface and the clients that were added too in the Launcher to make it work.

Describe the solution you'd like

• Deploy the fiskaltrust.interface and the client packages 1.3.55-rc2 to production (prod feed, Middleware feed, nuget.org)

• Update the reference to the fiskaltrust.interface package to the new version that includes v1.IATSSCD
• Update the reference to the interface client packages to the new version that includes the clients for v1.IATSSCD
• Add support for these clients in the Launcher 2.0 in
  • REST
  • HTTP/SOAP
  • gRPC
• Release a new RC version of the Launcher 2.0
