[X Bar] Legend does not respond appropriately when being moved, gets stuck #2543

Bug Report

Steps to Reproduce:

Enter "perspective,finos,org" using Google Chrome
From the home page, navigate to the Market Monitor and click Datagrid
Select X Bar and hover over the legend until a directional arrow appears
Click and drag the legend across the chart to the opposite end

Expected Result:

The legend is dragged across the chart to display the X Bar feed without any information being obscured.

Actual Result:

Legend flashing and static issue is caused by clicking and dragging the component across the X Bar.

Google Chrome Version 122.0.6261.69 (Official Build) (64-bit)
Microsoft Windows 10 Home
Version 10.0.19045 Build 19045
