About uploaded file permissions

I am uploading the following file to my server, but the file permissions are 644, how can I make the uploaded file permissions 755, is there a setting for this?

You can connect to the server where you installed the software and change directory permissions.

Example: In Linux, you can use the "chmod -R 777" command on the command line.
