能否将浏览器插件加入自定义条件使用下载器，例如当文件大小小于限值时使用浏览器下载器，大于限值时使用文件蜈蚣。

下次更新时候在设置内加入这个功能。

(注意: 这个功能并不会在所有网站都生效, 因为浏览器并不能总是能够获取到文件的大小.)
