On Machintosh.js desktop, I've copied some software from Machintosh.js disk to a mounted disk. It's a success throughout the VM session. But once I reboot the emulator, all changes to the mounted disk disappear. I checked my Macbook filesystem, and nothing got changed to the mounted .img file in question.

Q: Is there something I can do to make these kind of changes stick? This will be really useful to transfer software to my old 68k Macs.

BTW, Macintosh.js is an amazing project! I'm using version 1.0.5 on MacOS 10.15.7.

Bump. Seeing the exact same thing here. Trying to get some software onto a SE/30 I am trying to restore, using 1440k disk image files and the FloppyEmu. Placed an image of a blank 1440k disk into macintosh.js, and it mounts. Copy files to it, success. But when I quit macintosh.js, I find that the image file is not changed.
