Migrate CI to Zuul

asknot-ng is currently using travis-ci.org as CI, which is no longer supported. It would be better to migrate to Zuul, which has it's own fedora instance.

that is for Pagure, assuming you have got a repository hosted on pagure.io.

Thanks, I know the GitHub guide is somewhere. I have the Zuul setup in Anitya, so I was sure this could be done.
