Doesn't copy into clipboarder

I'm using cliphist & watching it's database store
wl-paste --watch cliphist store
& Invoking fuzzel through
rofimoji -s neutral --selector fuzzel --selector-args=" --line-height=16 --lines=16 --width=64"

cliphist works fine with text
cliphist list | fuzzel --dmenu | cliphist decode | wl-copy
But not with rofimoji. Emojis don't get copied into cliphist database.
Should I do something more in rofimoji command ?

Can you somehow see if the emoji made into the clipboard at all? For example, if you disable cliphist, can you them paste it?

The only ohter thing that comes to mind is to tell rofimoji to use wl-copy with --clipboarder wl-copy.

I hope so - now I know that it's somewhere in rofimoji and the Python call by itself works. Interestingly, rofimoji does almost the same exact thing, it only replaces 👋 with the actual selection.

You've said that typing the emoji directly works fine, right? How do you want to copy it? Are you using --action copy or something else?
By the way, do you have a configuration for rofimoji (usually in .config/rofimoji.rc)?

Nop haven't configured, no config file exist & I only invoke with just command rofimoji. Pretty much defaults.

If you just call rofimoji and hit enter, the default action is to type the selected character, not copy it 😉

Depending on your selector, you can either use a shortcut (alt+c for rofi) or you need to pass --action copy (for those that don't do shortcuts, like fuzzel). Are you doing this currently?

Tqvm. --action copy type is what I needed. I felt dumb lmao.
