hi
wait-ack == A message is resent if the acknowledge from SMSC takes more than this time. Defaults to 60 seconds.
can we define wait-ack ?
when we call submit_sm how long it took to get sumit_sm_res ? can we set maximum time for this ?
can it couse problem on bulk sms send ? for example memory lack
