IDEA: Support Pipewire camera source, as an alternative to v4l2loopback #204

Both Firefox and Chrome(ium) should be able to access the camera over pipewire (and OBS soon), instead of using the camera/v4l2 device directly. That allows us to have a fake camera as a completely user-space pipewire source.
