Missing circuibreaker package in release v0.6.2 #50

For some reason in version v0.6.1 I can import circuitbreakerbuilder, but in version 0.6.2 it is not available.

I'm not sure what might cause that. I just tried adding 0.6.2 to a new project and CircuitBreakerBuilder was available as expected.
