RakNet doesn't work on mobile phones

When I was in Android or iOS using 4G or WIFI network, some mobile phone does not work, 4G can work normally but WIFI does not work, or WIFI can work normally but not 4G, this is very strange. Have you ever met?

I'll going to take a wild punt and point at an MTU size issue? Have you tried lowing the MTU?
