define form without defualt values

the library is great, but I feel there must be a way to define the form without default values (using the loader). my main concern is in qwik I have to use routeLoader$ to use the default values, but I can't use the routeLoader other than index page, this is stoping me in using in a separate file.

We will probably get rid of the required defaults in January.
