[frontend] Deployment still uses deprecated DeploymentRemoteProcess class #41

Deployment dialog should be migrated to WebSocketProcess.
DeploymentRemoteProcess should be removed.
Unit test in tests/unit/DeploymentRemoteProcess.spec.j should be renamed and should use WebSocketProcess
