Now, the size of elements used for training and validation for the clients' training is set up as a random value between 20-30 for the training, and 10-20 for the validation.

It'd be nice to be able to configure the range of each client, or specify a fixed size. This way we could be able to simulate clients with more data than others, clients with lot of data, clients with very little one, etc.

This task is only to add this parameter as client configuration, not the UI part.
