gitui shows tabs in patches incorrectly #2169

Describe the bug
See how numbers "4.4.0", "11", "4.5.0" aren't aligned in the gitui window in the stash view:

Since gitui strips leading +/- characters from patches and shows them with colors, correct tab spacing can be expected from gitui.

There should also be the 'tabstop' setting.

OS/Distro + Version: FreeBSD 14.0
GitUI Version: 0.25.2
