prescriptive prefixes in 1.3 Namespaces and Prefixes #5

In section '1.3 Namespaces and Prefixes' it describes the namespaces used, as well as providing explicit examples for prefix names;

I am unsure that we need to be that prescriptive, but if we do need to be then I would suggest some more unique names.
