with-camera hangs on moving the device from portrait to landscape #448

Describe the bug
In the with-camera example, when the device is rotate from portrait mode to landscape mode, the app hangs.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Clone the examples repository and start the with-camera
Move the phone (device) from portrait mode to landscape mode.

Expected behavior
Camera should get ready to take pictures in landscape mode.

OS: Android

Smartphone (please complete the following information):

Device: Redmi Note 7 Pro
OS: Miui Global 12.5.1
