deposit address vs withdrawal address

Hello,

I converted some litecoin to ethereum on the expanse wallet. I received an email receipt from shapeshift.io of the transaction. The withdrawal address matches that of my expanse wallet account, but the deposit address does not. I also do not see any funds in the account on my expanse wallet. Has anyone else dealt with this?
