Playcount increases even if track is skipped immediately

I would expect that the playcount is increased each time a track is played but if a track is skipped then there is no increase in the playcount; i.e. if I skip after 1 or 2 seconds that isn't the same as listening to the track.

Currently, the playcount increases whenever one skips the playing track or starts a new track.

I would suggest that the playcount should not increase if the playback is at less than 5% of the total track length.
