Feature Request - Don't show default playlist tab when starting Exaile to play a file / stream directly

Expected Behaviour

When starting Exaile, only a single tab should be open showing the current item / playlist being played.

Current Behaviour

There are always two tabs open. One for the default playlist (which is empty) and one showing the current item / playlist being played

Possible Solution

I'm not sure if this is a bug or a feature request! :-)

Either way it would be nice to either have an option to only show the active tab/playlist or, if this is classed as a bug
then to correct this behaviour to only show one tab at startup.

Environment

• Operating System and version:
  Linux (Xubuntu 22.04)
• Exaile Version:
  4.12 (Pulled from Git today 11. December)
