I suggest to shift the content of the directory include/exadg/matrix_free to include/exadg/operators, since the latter directory refers to all the generic (i.e. module-independent) functionality for the (matrix-free) evaluation of spatially discretized operators.

Compare this to the directory include/exadg/time_integration for aspects of temporal discretization.
