Band label rendering issue with multiple ideograms when using annotations

The issue is that when using multiple ideograms, the band labels do not render properly. I suspect this is because the band label SVG are all sharing the same CSS class: class="bandLabel bsbsl-<number>". You can see this in action, when the ideograms on the same row, take turns rendering improperly.
