Currently, if a constituent casts a vote on a candidate, the constituent cannot change their vote while viewing that candidate's profile page (the buttons are grayed-out). Please change this so constituents can change their vote while viewing a candidate's profile page.

Notice the vote buttons are grayed out and non-functional...
