I tried everything, even opening it with the terminal and run as administrator. I have over 100 .ms files to convert and I cant find any other reliable converter. Am I doing something wrong or is this a technical bug?

Hello!

Take in mind that this tool is a command line tool, doesn't have GUI, if you execute this command "AIFF2VAG.exe help" will show the parameters and how to use it.
