Different save state files are generated by online burrito emulator #290

It looks like it can export a regular save file, in addition to a save state. The save state appears to have SRAM data for Zelda Minish Cap at offsets 0x61040 and 0x62040. We'd have to look at the various GBA save types to find their offsets, as well as SNES saves as well. Plus any other platforms that have been added to /online-emulators

The site hasn't been updated since 2021 (and was only updated in 2021), it's pretty low on google rankings, and users can export their own raw/emulator save files. So shelving this for now. If other users run into this issue in the future we can reconsider.
