Update the look'n'feel of the documentation pages #121

The repository builds the ARF text by using MkDocs publishes it as GitHub pages:

https://eu-digital-identity-wallet.github.io/eudi-doc-architecture-and-reference-framework

We should align the style (visual) of these pages and align them with the visual identity of the EUDI Wallet.

In more details we should apply the changes:

Header: EU blue #0E47CB
- Background: black
Font: use EC square Sans Pro
- H1: bold, 64px, 72 line height
- H2: bold, 56px, 64 line height
- Body: regular, 20px, 30 line height
