We need to add tracking for:

Learneth Activation via URL
Which LearnEth tutorial gets activated via URL
Finishing a tutorial - so this would need to show that it is in learnEth, which tutorial, and that the finish button was clicked.
This last one won't be that accurate as an indication that someone actually did all the work and most likely they'll go through the tutorial a number of times - but it will give an indication of the tutorials popularity.
