font-awesome all.css file is bulky

Currently in the assets folder there is a file called all.css which is not recommended for performance reasons see: https://docs.fontawesome.com/web/setup/host-yourself/webfonts

all.css is 650k.

All the plugins use:
href="https://use.fontawesome.com/releases/v5.8.1/css/all.css

and the IDE uses all.css (a later version)

Should we load a smaller file because we probably don't need all the font awesome tricks?
