Some tests fails with a segfault when running on POCL using the CPU. Including

Grow Synapses -> segfault
half precision operations (on ARM) -> linker error

I think those are POCL's bug. But heck. ~~I think I can fix the first one.~~ nvm, Doesn't know how to trigger it
