Down/Next and Up/Previous shortcuts don't work

Symptom
A simple description of the problem you're experiencing.

How to Reproduce

1. Open 3 windows and have Krohnkite tile them
2. Select Tile layout
3. Select the bottom right window
4. Hit shortcut for Up/Prev or Move Up/Prev
5. Focus/Window moves up to the top right position with the master window on taking the left half of the screen
6. Hit shortcut for Up/Prev or Move Up/Prev again
7. Nothing happens

Same problem happens with Down/Next and Move Down/Next

Expected behavior
A concise description of what you expected to happen.
I expect the focus or window to continuously move through the window order even swapping with the master. Currently it only works in the literal Up/Down direction but not for Prev/Next intent.
