I am an accomplished entrepreneur, author, and public speaker. An Expert in building new technology organizations and solutions. My experience ranges from brand new startups in various industries to new groups in major established companies. My technology experience IBM mainframe and mid-range systems, fleets of commodity hardware, eventually consistent, actor based distributed systems, complex deployment systems, high-frequency trading systems, as well as financial exchange systems for leading private brokerages. I have deep expertise in delivering green field projects and the organizational support and change needed to achieve the objectives set for them.
