Timeout in agent setup.

Hi,

I pulled and run your challenge branch docker image. But it stuck in agent setup without print further information:

Setting up the agent
Watchdog exception - Timeout of 61.0 seconds occured

Do you have any idea on this?

PS: I also tried to run v0.3.3 docker image, but it report GPU out of memory error. (I have a rtx3070 laptop GPU with 8G memory. So this time, I also tried to set the visible GPU devices to NULL in order to use CPU for tensorflow, but still stuck here.
