[Bug]: Cursor issues with second screen

What happened?

Hi

I use my laptop Dell xps 9520 with my LG CX 55inch. When I zoom in or zoom out I have issues with my cursor when I click it. The cursor will choose the lower row . Take a look at my video . When I open laptops lid everything is fine in both screens. When I close the lid the problem still exist .
