Info

Dark theme could be broken, but switch should be fully functional. There was an implementation for dark theme in previous version of admin. Please implement it so that switching logic is properly abstracted away from component itself. Let's also move all broken parts to different issue
Language switch should be functional
Notification settings should rely on local store, but not have loading or imitate sending requests.
