The TestAssistant would benefit from helper methods that create an executor using the correct GUI context, to avoid having to specify gui_context=self._gui_context when creating an executor in every test that needs an executor. This need became more obvious with #336.

And more than ever, the TestAssistant needs a rename, but we already have an issue for that. (Rename already occurred.)
