Interviews list rework

At the moment all interviews missing a 'planned_date' are at the end of the table whatever the sorting.
This is due to the fact that range sort automatically excludes null values.

Rework interviews_list view to allow all interviews to be in one queryset ? (instead of two lists concatenated)
