Some of the more advanced flags:

Server > ctx.register > Classic

disableAssignment

disableGameCreation

disableBatchAutoend

Client > EmpiricaContext

`disableConsent`

`disableNoGames`

`unmanagedGame`

you have to display the lobby manually too

I'll take a crack at these by collecting notes here until I'm ready to actually make a proper draft.
