Describe the bug
AvaloniaUI Project，with Emgu.CV.runtime.debian-arm64(4.8.1.5350)，encountered Segmentation fault error during runtime

** OS / Platform **
Raspberry Pi bookworm-arm64, or Debian Bookworm with Linux 6.1.43

** .Net version **
.Net 8.0

CPU Architecture
ARM64, Raspberry Pi 4, Rockchip-rk3588

** Emgu CV package used**
Emgu.CV, Emgu.CV.runtime.debian-arm64 4.8.1.5350

Please re-create the issue with a few lines of code using only Emgu CV. Otherwise, this should be a bug report for AvaloniaUI Project.
