emgucv-windesktop 4.7.0.5276\Emgu.CV.Example\CameraCapture - broken

Has anyone else had luck running CameraCapture?

The project cites:
AnyCPU\Debug\Emgu.CV.Platform.NetFramework.dll - but this dll does not exist in emgucv-windesktop 4.7.0.5276.

It seems that Emgu.CV.UI is not available.

I attempted following here, but it seems to be out of date or the filenames have changed or this is out of date: https://emgu.com/wiki/index.php/Setting_up_EMGU_C_Sharp
