Add the ability to fetch the "me-card" when retrieving the address book using FindAddressBooks

In which RFC is this property defined?

It doesn’t. It’s an apple custom prop.

However, since the “internal” package isn’t exposed, you can’t do lower level implementations.

In general, I think we might want to consider exposing it.
