New designs needed for search autocomplete

The new design should include the "Search by Algolia" attribution seen in guides search result.

I am closing this issue in favour of repo-specific issues:

• Design an approach for the search dropdown in the Guides guidemaker-ember-template#41
• Design an approach for the search dropdown in the deprecations app deprecation-app#558
  Design an approach for the search dropdown ember-api-docs#691

This is mainly because we can't have a single shared solution for search results 😞 unfortunately
