How to use MidiKbd.txt

1 - Edit the used pins in MidiKbd.lua and Keyboard.lua
2 - Build using romfs=compile
3 - Open a terminal
4 - Open Lua
5 - dofile( "/rom/midikbd.lc" )
6 - kbd()

Keys A to ' and W to O are the notes ( just like Piano )
Keys 1, 2, 3 and 4 sends a control change message for selected control
Keys 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 of the NUMPAD select a control
