What Happened?

When I'm on a window, and i want to open a new app, the last one almost always opens behind the current one.
E.G. i'm on google chrome and i want to open terminal app.

I click on terminal app icon and it opens behind the google chrome active window

new_window.mp4

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Open an app window
  2. Try to open another app by click or shortcut
  3. New app opens behind the active application

Expected Behavior

New window should open over other applications instead of being hide by them

OS Version

7.x (Horus)

Software Version

Latest release (I have run all updates)

Log Output

Nothing here? I even tried reinstalling the system, but no changes at all :(

@unamlosito reinstalling won't help. It's broken somewhere inside.
Or maybe you have "always on top" active?

@neliavaal how do i check this? I've never used such a function.
Plus let me add a small detail: sometimes, this doesn't happen at the start of the system, but after some time, it starts behaving like this.
