What Happened?

Right now "Toggle Maximized" gesture is handled by Touchégg, which doesn't support Wayland.

Steps to Reproduce

Launch Wayland session
Try to use "Toggle Maximized" gesture

Expected Behavior

"Toggle Maximized" gesture in Gala

7.x (Horus)
