Banner indicator in AppCenter different from the one in Applications Menu

What Happened?

If you look at the indicators for banners in AppCenter, you'll see that they're a different style than the ones in the Applications Menu. For the one in AppCenter, the current indicator is bigger than the ones next to it, while in the Applications Menu they're all the same size. I think the one in AppCenter looks better.

Steps to Reproduce

Open the Applications Menu and then the AppCenter and notice that they're different styles.

Expected Behavior

That they would be the same consistent style.

This is not a stylesheet issue; the two places are using two completely different widgets. Applications Menu retains an older style because they're navigable with a traditional mouse, whereas the new AppCenter ones are using a Hdy indicator dots because it's much simpler to implement. I'll move this issue to the Applications Menu since we're likely to move to the Hdy indicator dots in more places, and we should probably either use them or copy their style here.
