Steps to reproduce

So yeah, is Element getting abandoned then? I see barely ever any releases, and notifications have been broken for literal YEARS. And the developers seem to ignore issues. I don't remember the last problem I had that ever got fixed. Notifications get fixed, broken, fixed, broken, and that is a CORE FUNCTION for a CHAT APP. And then I go look at the endless supply of bug reports that just don't even get acknowledged, let alone fixed.

This looks like it's circling the drain to me. What's going on here?

Outcome

Maybe development is being focused on element-x-android.

So we can't have any fixes to basic functionality until a unicorn app reaches v1.0 when it's only v0.4.x currently? That's absurd.
