Proposal

We deploy an Elasticsearch cluster to Elastic Cloud via Terraform, but cannot configure it via Terraform as we are using Private Link to limit traffic to only that from our Kubernetes cluster. Being able to configure this remote cluster (role bindings, in particular) from the ECK operator would be great, and the new StackConfigPolicy resource seems like a good fit, but unfortunately it doesn't appear to support the external references mentioned in #6449.
